How It All Started

OdorKO was born out of sweat — literally.

At 30 years old, I started kickboxing to get healthy and lose weight. Within six months, I had lost more than 30 pounds, felt stronger than ever, and fell in love with the sport. But I also discovered one of the biggest challenges every fighter and gym-goer faces: the smell.

As a bigger guy, my gloves were drenched after every session. At first, I didn’t think much of it — I’d toss them in my gym bag or car and let them dry. Before long, though, they smelled so bad I couldn’t even put them near me.

I tried everything — every “hack,” every trick, every so-called solution I could find.
Baking soda left my gloves a powdery mess. The gear dryers just blew hot air and did nothing for the smell. Vinegar sprays made my hands so dry and cracked that my knuckles started bleeding. I remember sitting there after a long training session, holding those gloves, thinking, there has to be a better way.
I wasn’t ready to give up on the sport I loved — I just needed a real solution.

That’s when I started experimenting — researching natural ingredients, mixing formulas, and testing scents late into the night. After months of trial and error, I finally created a formula that worked. It got rid of the odor, made my gear smell fresh, and helped keep it in great condition — all without harsh chemicals or fake fragrances.

That’s how OdorKO was born: from frustration, determination, and a drive to make something better — for myself and for anyone who refuses to settle for gear that smells like yesterday’s workout.
